We are looking for a highly motivated Tech Intern with a Computer Science degree to join our team and take ownership of our tech ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in web development, AI automation, data management, and analytics while working in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities: Website Management & Development - Maintain, update, and optimize Avacasa's Wix-based real estate website. - Implement new features, filter functionalities, and automation using Wix Velo (JavaScript). - Improve SEO, website performance, and mobile responsiveness. - Ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.

AI & Automation Develop AI-powered automation solutions to streamline internal processes (e.g., chatbot for customer inquiries, automated lead qualification, smart property recommendations). Work on NLP, predictive analytics, and AI-driven customer insights to enhance decision-making.

Data Management & Analytics Manage real estate listings, user data, and property information efficiently. Implement data scraping and API integrations to gather market intelligence. Build real-time dashboards and reports to track business performance. Work with large datasets to identify trends in property investments.

Tech Strategy & Innovations Explore and implement new PropTech solutions that enhance property search and investment workflows. Evaluate third-party integrations and automation tools for operational efficiency. Work closely with the business and marketing teams to align tech solutions with Avacasa's growth strategy.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for a proactive problem solver who: ✅ Has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✅ Has experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and is comfortable working with Wix Velo or other CMS platforms. ✅ Has basic experience with AI/ML tools, Python for automation, or chatbot development. ✅ Is comfortable working with databases, SQL, and APIs. ✅ Has strong analytical skills and can work with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn). ✅ Has a strong interest in real estate, PropTech, and automation. ✅ Enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment and can take ownership of tasks.
